How is Soraya MD different than a traditional medical practice? 

 

• Clients pay a monthly or annual membership fee for unlimited medical visits and communications  

 

• Appointment times are flexible for both morning and evening hours 7 days a week. 

 

• See your physician often within 24 hours of scheduling your appointment

 

• All concerns sent via text/email/phone will be addressed within 24 hours of receipt and often on demand.

 

• Follow-ups are via video conference and as-needed clinic visits. 

 

• Assessments and Plans are based on Functional Medicine approach to care

 

• Superbills available for submission to health care plans for reimbursement

 

Services that SorayaMD can include the following: 

• Responses to all health concerns within 24 hours via either message, phone or video calls.
• Lab orders and analysis 
• Prescription medications 
• Preventative medicine screening orders and/or referrals 
• Specialist referrals
• Easy access to medical visits via video conference without need to download an application with doxy.me
• Lifestyle Coaching  

 

Does not Include: 

• The cost of medications, labs, procedures, and imaging orders are covered by insurance

• Narcotic prescriptions*
• Benzodiazepine prescriptions 
• Non benzodiazepine prescriptions (Zaleplon, Eszopiclone, Zolpidem)
• Initial Weight loss support (available through 3 and 6-month programs)

 

*exceptions considered on a case to case basis
