Soraya MD located in Truckee, North Lake Tahoe, CA offers individualized customized primary care family medicine, weight loss, and functional medicine based holistic health care and coaching via telemedicine and as needed in person visits. 

 

Medical Services are available to all residents of California and Nevada. 

 

If you live outside of California or Nevada, primary care, functional medicine and weight loss coaching is available without prescription medications.

 

Dr. Pourtabib is available for free introduction phone calls as requested.
